Alderidge Consulting is a professional services firm that offers a risk-based approach to help clients manage the financial and human resource components of their businesses through an exploration, crystallization and implementation of business strategies.

Most organizations are generally aware of the future direction of their business. However, often, this vision and its operationalisation either need refreshing in view of changing business circumstances or formalization and implementation in a robust, structured manner.

At Alderidge, we work with our client's leadership group, and other stakeholders, to review and modify all or a specifically identified portion of their business strategies and plans. We provide guidance in the development of effective organization structures, and in the assesment of the human resource capabilities required by the organization. We help our clients harness and leverage their human capital in today's environment, with an eye to the changing nature of the workforce. Our services range from strategic guidance to programmatic development, including facilitating leadership and other stakeholders' inputs, working with leadership groups to understand the changing business environment and to develop solutions tailored to meet the organization's needs, and developing strategies to effect the necessary changes. We work to effect change that is well-considered, robust and focussed on the critical business needs of the organization.
