Alnasir Samji, Managing Principal, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Alnasir is a senior business leader and a professional in the development of pension and human resources practices in a Total Rewards framework. With over 30 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic solutions for significant Canadian organizations. Alnasir has headed large professional divisions and business units, established professional standards and contributed to various professional development groups. He commenced his own consulting practice, Alderidge Consulting Inc., following his retirement as Principal of Towers Perrin where he had been engaged for 23 years. Alnasir is on the Board of Directors for Torstar, Chair of the United Way of Toronto Board of Trustees, Chair of the Advisory Committee of the Canadian Studies Program at the University of Toronto's University College, and is the past President of the Aga Khan Council for Ontario.
