At Alderidge, we work with our client's Boards to review and modify all or a specifically identified portion of their governance strategies in the context of the organization's business strategies and plans. Our services range from providing guidance in the development of Board organization structures to recruiting and training Board and committee members, and Board performance and evaluation. We also provide special assistance in the matter of pension and benefit governance and executive compensation governance. We work to effect change that is well-considered, robust and focussed on the critical business needs of the organization.
