The development of business strategy is one thing. Delivery on it—its execution—is another. Effective execution depends on engaged employees—employees who will go the extra mile to make the business a success. Much has been written on “what engages employees”, and the degree to which employees today feel engaged. The challenge, then, is to translate this knowledge and understanding into creating an environment that will help employees contribute optimally to an organization—an environment which sports the appropriate culture, the appropriate job-satisfaction and the appropriate rewards mechanism among the key ingredients for success.

At Alderidge, we work with our client's leadership group, and other stakeholders, to review and modify all or a specifically identified portion of their human resource strategies in the context of the organization's business strategies and plans. We provide guidance in the assessment of the current workforce in light of changing national and global demographic and business conditions. We assist the organization identify the improvement possibilities in the organization culture, learning and development compendium, and employee recognition and rewards programmes. Our services range from strategic guidance to programmatic development and implementation, including facilitating leadership and other stakeholders' inputs, developing and running training sessions, providing executive leadership development on a group or one-on-one basis, and developing pension and benefit strategy in a total rewards context. We work to effect change that is well-considered, robust and focussed on the critical business needs of the organization.
